How a project comes together

Every BuildSprout project follows the same six steps, whether it is a new website, a systems review or a custom assistant. A real person leads each one, and nothing changes without your OK.

The six steps

Here is what happens at each step and what you walk away with.

  1. Discover

We start by listening. You tell us about your goals, your customers, the tools you use now, what keeps getting stuck, your budget and what success looks like to you.

    What you get
    • A clear picture of your goals
    • An agreed idea of what success looks like
    • Honest answers about what you do not need
  2. Audit

We review your website and your systems closely, then write down everything we find: issues, risks, opportunities and what depends on what.

    What you get
    • Written findings in plain words
    • The problems ranked by how much they matter
    • Nothing changed yet, just facts
  3. Map

We turn the findings into a practical plan that shows what to keep, what to rebuild, what to connect, what to automate and what can wait.

    What you get
    • A plan you review and approve
    • Clear reasons behind every recommendation
    • A list of what can wait for later
  4. Build

We design and code the website or assistant, set up the integrations you approved and create the automations in the plan.

    What you get
    • A custom design and clean code
    • Only the integrations you approved
    • Automations built around your real workflow
  5. Test

Before anything launches, we check it the way your customers and team will use it: phones, forms, consent, notifications, CRM data, failure paths and human handoff.

    What you get
    • Real workflows tested end to end
    • Every failed test fixed and checked again
    • A launch with no loose ends
  6. Handoff

We hand everything over so you are never locked out or left guessing, and we leave you with a list of what to improve next.

    What you get
    • Access notes and simple instructions
    • Training for you and your team
    • A list of future improvements

Can I start with just one step?

Yes. Start with one piece or bring us the whole picture. Many projects begin with a discovery call and an audit, and you decide what happens next.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the size of the project and what needs to connect. After the discovery and audit steps, you get a realistic timeline for yours.

How involved do I need to be?

Mostly at a few key moments: sharing your goals, giving access to the tools we need, approving the plan and joining training at handoff.

Will anything change before I approve it?

No. The audit only looks and writes things down. Work starts after you approve the plan.

What if I already know what I want?

Tell us. We will still do a quick audit so nothing important gets missed, then build to your plan.

What happens after handoff?

You get access notes, instructions, training and a list of future improvements. Ongoing improvements are available as agreed.
